Led by an accomplished local balladeer and raconteur, this most original walking tour will have you enthralled, engaged, and singing your heart out!
The musical tour of Dublin guides you through the history of Irish music and Dublin City in an accessible and good-humoured style. You will hear stories of Dublin’s 18th Century dens of iniquity in an area known as ‘Hell’, hear songs from Dublin with roots as far back as the 9th Century, and get a fascinating insight into the role of music in creating an Irish identity, driving a cultural revolution, and the contemporary Irish music & folk scene.
You are encouraged to sing along with the ballad booklet provided. These booklets can also be taken home after the tour!

February 18, 2024Nuestra guía fue Marina, quien supo trasmitir sus conocimientos sobre la historia y la cultura de Dublín de forma muy amena y divertida. Sobre todo me gustó que incluyera anécdotas y consejos sobre qué vale la pena y qué no visitar. Personalmente creo que hizo un trabajo estupendo y recomiendo ir con ella a hacer los tours.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the tour starts and show your booking confirmation to one of our guides. Look for the green umbrellas and lanyards.
